Telling your story
Performance PR
The right way into the media: the team for your public success
You have a good service or product, the customer journey works, the team is motivated, everything seems fine – but from an internal perspective it remains difficult to explain to people briefly and concisely what exactly you do. This will be particularly familiar to startups.
How do I explain it to my grandmother in two minutes? Will journalists understand? What messages are important? How do we want to be perceived by the public? How do we even get into the earned media? Team Freshwords can help you with this, or more precisely, the agency partnership of Martin Roseneder and Stefan Müller. We live and breathe PR and are passionate about putting in a good word for you. What we offer:
- Thorough check-up and preparation: We get to know each other, analyze the setup, clarify appearance, tone, messages and target groups.
- Professional storyfinding: We explore the industry and topic for relevance and develop narrative approaches.
- Transparent and efficient press relations: Performance PR offers the option of paying based on success: You only pay if we succeed.
Why is public relations so important?
Successful PR creates visibility, strengthens external perception and helps to build trust. All of these points are important for other areas of business. External communication is not advertising, but it can have a positive effect on sales. For this to work, you must take its impact seriously, plan for it at a management level and make it part of the process from the very beginning. PR creates:
- Reach: PR-work makes you and your company known to the desired target groups and ensures you are part of the conversation. Without reach, there is no image and no trust.
- Image: Shaping the public image gives your company character and your brand an emotional profile. Values and USP must come across.
- Trust: Honest and consistent communication creates resilient external relationships. This is how trust is built – the hard currency of customer loyalty.

Transparent added value: billing by performance
Team Freshwords looks forward to working with you as an equal partner. As a client-friendly service provider we offer the option of success-based billing for traditional press and media work. An initial setup fee is charged – but after that, you usually only pay when there is a clipping. Details available on request. Your advantages:
- Success-oriented: No retainer payment based on time spent. Apart from possible base amounts, only operational successes are remunerated.
- Precise: The value of clippings is determined according to a performance model based on the media type. This means that smaller hits also trigger lower fees.
- Insight: Direct delivery of measurable successes, high cost-benefit transparency, direct insight into the workflow.
